Andy Wilkins
Andy brings deep expertise to our creative problem solving, innovation and leadership work. He is a founding partner of Perspectiv from 1997 and has served clients across the world with a focus on leadership that sets the stage for innovation and change. He is a Senior Honorary Visiting Fellow and founding member of the Advisory Board for the Centre for Creativity in Professional Practice at Cass Business School, where he teaches on two modules of the world-renowned Masters in Innovation Creativity and Leadership. Andy regularly speaks at conferences and has written and presented more than 20 articles and book chapters on innovation, creative problem solving, change and leadership.
Kate brings deep expertise to our personal development, collaboration and teamship work. She is a founding partner of Perspectiv and has served clients across the world with a focus on teamship that sets the stage for collaboration and change. Taking a systemic approach to the development of leadership and teamship capabilities, she is constantly researching and refining what it takes for leaders and teams to effectively problem solve and work together. Kate is a Visiting Lecturer at the Centre for Creativity in Professional Practice at Cass Business School, she speaks at conferences and has written and presented articles and book chapters on teamship, collaboration and change.
Ian combines a wealth of experience in digital transformation and service design with contemporary approaches to leadership, collaboration and problem solving. He has over 25 years’ experience in digital and creative agencies working across strategy, business development and client services, with a focus on leading teams to design and implement digital and service transformation programmes. He holds a Master’s (with Distinction) in Innovation, Creativity and Leadership from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass), the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School (University of Reading), and a Bachelor’s in Journalism and Organisational Communications.
